Pendles is one of the nicest and most decent person to ever play our game. Not to mention his fantastic ability as a footballer. However the time is right for him to step down as Captain and stay on another year to mentor a new leader in the role. I don’t want any player wanting big cash for their relationship with our Club. I would show these types the door and trade up. I feel Treloar is a perfect fit for leader. He has all the qualities we want to build a great side. Money bags players can go now. Coach can stay on because I feel he still has the passion, but urgent changes need to be made to help him. He really has the Club at heart. As for Eddie, well old mate when the dogs start pissing on your swag, it is time to hang up your boots. It is now be becoming embarrassing that you have held this gig for so long. I am sick of hearing people tell me that they reckon you feel you own our Club. Liars they are but seriously let’s do the right thing and give someone else a go. We desperately need on field success. Covid has really done some huge damage to our great game in Melbourne to which many think it won’t recover . A new Captain for 2021 would be a great start with a wonderful President stepping down at the end of this season in time for a contest before this years AGM.

Sando and Harvey need to go, Bucks needs fresh perspectives and inspiration. The players do too. Langmuir was such a huge loss, and it was disappointing we didn’t/couldn’t keep Buddha on.

Agree with Pendles, but he can go another two years easily.

Ed can go with Bucks if we don’t make a GF the next two years, but I suspect he’s eyeing off 25 years as Prez in 2023.

Agree with others on Adams. I'd actually be fine for him to take over next year and give Pendlebury the chance to just focus on his football in his twilight years. The time feels right.

2. Darcy Moore: Vice Captain and sign for 5 years Darcy. Great speaker too

3. Jeremy Howe: Deputy Vice Captain and a heart and soul influence

4. Brodie Grundy: time to earn and influence others

5. Brayden Maynard: passion, purpose and aggressive
