Watching the Brions, young Starch is playing a good game. Why didn’t Coll get him under father/son? (Assuming that this is Craig’s son) _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. He's not Craig's son. He's a nephew. |

He’s one of those kids that had the big growth spurt too. He’s added some good bulk since he was recruited. Much improved, he’s a good story |

He already looks like an AFL footballer.

That's right. You look at cameron, starch and if you can remember robertson he was a skinny rat when he left carlton (I know it was along time ago) but their explosive players with size something we lack. They all had something in common when they came to Brisbane and that was they were skinny. Our lot start small and stay small. _________________ no second chances |

The problem with our ‘skinny’ kids, is that apart from Stephenson, they have no tricks. If you’re going to be a lean, outside player, you need a bag of tricks. Otherwise, you’re pointless on a football field. _________________ Est. 2002 |

If you are talking about height, how do you develop them to be taller🥺? _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine! |

Would love to have drafted Brandon Starcevich. I remember watching that draft with an eye on he and Ed Richards. They went at pick 16 and 18.
We took Stephenson at pick 6 and didnt have another selection until 39 where we took Murphy.
I had a feeling he'd be taken by Brisbane. He obviously has a family connection there too. West Coast might have jumped on him too at pick 21 if he was available. Lions got him with their compo pick for Rockliff.
Craig Starcevich was my very first favourite player. I know he's his nephew, but it still would have been pretty cool. Craigs son played for our VFL team for a while there. And when our AFLW team needed a coach, I was hoping we'd reach out to Craig to fill the job.
I'm not too sure how Craig feels about the club, but he's obviously very happy in Brisbane as he's lived there long after his playing days. Altho I recall he worked for the Saints at some point?
Brandon, in his third year, is having a very good season. I'd love to get him, but it's not going to happen now. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

I like seeing him go about his stuff with #37 on his back; it's like watching a low-budget version of Maynard; they have very similar bio-mechanics. _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Looks like his contract expires after the season. I'm sure he'll be expected to sign on, but fk it. Ring his manager anyway.
I wonder who he supported growing up? WA-born and raised, family connection to Collingwood and Brisbane. Would look magnificent in a Magpie jumper. I'm sure Will Kelly wouldn't mind changing numbers... _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |
