Treloar to the Dogs for a second round FUTURE pick.
For God sake. We must be absolutely BROKE.
We will be paying $300,000 ofTreloar's salary at the Bulldogs because it is NOT counted in our salary cap.
This on top of paying Phillips' salary at Hawthorn.
Forget the salary cap, Collingwood will be rattling tins next year like Richmond years ago. |

Pick 14 but with Pick swaps it will be watered down to a future 2nd rounder and have to pay $1.5m over 5 yrs. Pathetic.....
We gave up to pick 7’s and potentially 2 young 10 year players (probably not given our recent history of top 10 picks) to offload him after 5.

| Again, if he’s such a star, and we’re paying part of his salary, why only a second round pick and why only the Dogs showing interest? Essendon said no, and they could use him and easily fit him in their cap. Saints, Hawks, Roos. There’s more to the story, it just doesn’t make sense otherwise |

I was disappointed when we signed him for way overs...
I was disappointed when we resigned him on a crazy high end 5 year deal...
And I'm disappointed now that we're trading him out now for peanuts AND we're still going to have to essentially pay a third of his wage for the next 5 years....
What a right royal clustercluck...
