Upset that Sier did not come in.
Thrashed last game in the clearance situation.
Strange.
I don't rate Cameron except in a marking contest.
I thought Tyler Brown did ok last time.
Bux going the safety route again.
We won't win the flag this year without big risks and big luck. |

Some not Collingwood news tho it may impact us !!
We win Saturday and face Geelong—Joel Selwood finger could be more than dislocated
There is talk of tendon damage. Then there’s Hawkins who was I believe sited on a striking charge.
Let’s put Wet Toast to the sword then go from there

With all due respect, and I mean this was utmost sincerity... IF we can't beat the Eagles... then Bucks should go.

Assistant Coach Hawthorn 2018 - 2020 under Clarkson

I wouldn’t read anything into Burnsie leaving hawthorn because I have heard from many a source over the years that Clarkson is a c___ to get along with. Burns will be treated with utmost respect at Collingwood, something Clarkson is incapable of doing.

Interesting selection of Cameron. It means we will need to move the ball quickly and hopefully take some risks through the corridor. Doesn’t necessarily mean go down the guts but use the angles and not go down the line. Similar to the way we played 2 years ago. If we go backwards we will be screwed as we will expect Cox and Cameron to take contested marks in packs which won’t happen. Hopefully checkers can roam the arcs a bit and get that connection between the mids and forwards.
Grundy can’t take Nic Nat on his own so hopefully work him over a bit and let Grundy go forward to rest.

Don’t disagree with any of that but it is irrelevant to him being a C___ Plenty of decent human beings have coached flag winning sides over the many years.

No coach will get sacked this year, nor should they. Such a messed up year. But the club has (reading between the contract talk lines) put Buckley on notice for 2021.

Why in the world pick Cameron? If you're willing to play him why not play Kelly?? Kelly can atleast run and get involved in the play. Tyler hasn't been playing nearly as badly either. Shocking selections.

Don't like the extra ruck/tall. We beat WCE with speed. Not height. I give us less chance, if that is the team. If we had a chance. Hope its a stooge for the to WCE to set up for our tall forward line. Then we go with a late change and go small.
Also would have liked more youth to get finals experience. Cos likelihood is we will get eliminated. So need to get something from it all would be good. |

Before Coronavirus I used to go to training a lot as well. Can't remember seeing Mat Randell there that often (he must have been watching training inside Holden Centre when I was there).

I agree everything except Scott Burns as senior coach.
The last thing we need is another ex player as coach.
In all honesty, Longmuir was the guy that suited us best.
