We owe them one.
Would love to see Julie Bishops head when we beat them over there.
It would be the end of the road for them if we win\

Remember players that could hit a target and not fumble?
Whilst that was a brilliant ambush; that PP side was soft to the core.
It was a QF, not PF, thus it bought us a week off to roll the Crows.

An update on West Coast:

Quote:
The Eagles have all but conceded Yeo will miss the first final with his recovery from a groin injury taking longer than expected. Kennedy suffered an ankle injury against the Roos but should be fit in a fortnight's time. McGovern remains in a race against time, but it's hoped Redden, Shuey, Hutchings and Jetta will be available for selection. Cripps will be available for the first final after his partner gave birth during the week. - Mitch Cleary

Geez, it absolutely sucks that they get Cripps back after his wife gave birth.

Sheed returned last week, and it also looks like they could get Kennedy, Redden, Shuey, Hutchins, Jetta and maybe McGovern back. The bye will hurt us from that angle.

Yeo will not play. But he's missed the last several weeks.

Quote:
West Coast: Josh Kennedy (1 Week/Test), Lewis Jetta (1-2 weeks), Luke Shuey (1-2 weeks), Mark Hutchings (1-2 weeks), Nathan Vardy (1-2 weeks), Jack Redden (2-3 weeks), Jeremy McGovern (2-3 weeks), Elliot Yeo (2-4 Weeks), Mitch O'Neill (4-6 weeks), Ben Johnson (Season), Jamaine Jones (Season), Willie Rioli (Season), Daniel Venables (Season), Francis Watson (Season).

No he has to quarantine for 14 days as he hasn’t been in a approved hub
Even those coming from QLD have to do 7 day quarantine because WA have stricter rules
His season was over when he left hub really
Personally if I was the AFL I would have said to WA government thanks for nothing this season you basically attempted to screw us over at every turn so there won’t be any finals in Perth this year
They could have made it easier for clubs coming and going like the QLD government did
The WA government thought if they forced the AFL into setting hubs in WA the teams would have to remain there and they could dictate terms to them for finals including GF

Dont we ever.

We owe them for the 2018 GF, we owe them for the 2018 Qualifier, we owe them for belting us a few weeks back and we owe them 4 defeats to equal the head-to-head ledger.

Nothing will make up for that GF loss, but this would help. And it'd be a famous victory if we could do it.

If the Wiggles win I hope we reinjure 5 of their players and they have to play Brisbane in Brisbane and they can whinge all they like. If they play Geelomg have the game in Cairns.

If Kennedy and McGovern don't play we could win. Who gets the job on Flyin' Ryan?

Weagles are an ageing team, most of their great players, nick nat, kennedy, darling, yeo, gaff, shuey Mc Govern, etc, have been around the traps for years, they are getting on now. They are no longer the power team of yesteryear, but can still pack a nasty punch over there in looney tunes land, on their own pissing ground. But, we have beaten them before there, yes they are a 3-4 goal better team there, but can be beaten. Its going to take a might epic effort, on our behalf, but its possible. They will be redhot faves so the pressure is all on them, nobody will give us much of a show, all the commentators. This is backs to the wall stuff now, i just hope we throw the kitchen sink at these pricks, throw caution to the wind and go like hell, and we may just beat them.
