Rafa takes the second set, as the clock ticks past 2:11. That'll be a relief.

The third set was easier for Rafa and he won in straight sets.

A tough match for him. The conditions aren't what he likes and have tilted the tournament in Djokovic's favour. Next, Rafa faces the man who beat him in Rome a couple of weeks ago.

More controversy for Djokovic. It seems to follow him now.

After losing the first set of his QF, he took a medical timeout. His opponent later accused him of always faking injury when he was losing to disrupt the momentum of his opponent.

Djokovic won in 4 sets and will face Tsitsipas in one SF.

Schwartman vs. Nadal is the first SF tonight, starting in about 4 hours.
Djokovic vs. Tsitispas to follow.

The final will be Rafa vs. Djokovic.

Rafa won his SF in straight sets. Djokovic was taken to five sets by Tsitsipas (but it was only 3hrs 54 mins, which is not so much longer than Rafa's match).

The weather forecast for Paris, Sunday, is 14 degrees, partly cloudy.

This plays into Djokovic's hands, as do the controversial heavy balls, but it could be worse for Rafa. Rafa's SF was fairly sunny for the first two sets.

"Polish teenager Iga Swiatek won her country’s first Grand Slam singles title on Saturday as she defeated American fourth seed Sofia Kenin 6-4, 6-1 to become the youngest women’s French Open champion since 1992.

The 19-year-old Swiatek, at 54 the lowest-ranked woman to capture the Roland Garros title in the modern era, is the ninth first-time major champion in the past 14 Grand Slams"

Nadal holds, but not easily.

Djokovic has tried 4 drop shots in the first 2 games.
