The centre clearances have been a major major issue.
I spent this week stating that Sier needed to come in.
Fell on deaf ears.
This is really really a significant issue.
Bux has no idea on this.
Playing Grundy injured or fu..ked didn't help.
We played JT all year.
He has kicked 4 goals for the season...are you joking to keep playing him all season.
Get rid of the dead wood or spend the next decade like Essondon or Carlton.

Players like Noble and Q get games after games for nothing

They haven't been too bad this year. It's not them.

They have given us good run but as defenders first and foremost they need to defend 1 on 1. IQ better than Noble but need a significant improvement from both. I thinks it’s all part of their learning.....

But has his tank improved since 2018, and he has obviously missed so many games in that period? Wills would have been a better pick having a crack at contested ball.

The midfield.....all of them.....they are weak and their disposal is awful.

WE obviously need to delist some, plus retirements, and get more ruthless in all aspects of the Club. Maybe Eds time is up, Bucks will no doubt see out his contract, but i think the Board needs a shakeup too. Its been a helluva year, no other side played 3 games, in 3 different states, in 12 days, twice, that sure made it bloody tough for us. Just get to the Draft too, and get more kids, fast young kids, maybe offload Sidebottom to the Dons, for Devon Smith.

And another two can't get a gig in Wills and Sier.

Another got his missus prego last December, which in reality shouldn't be a problem.

Another is half watching through an easel, whilst painting another masterpiece.

And this is the best midfield in the AFL according to Matthew Lloyd, 18 short months ago.

Have to look at last week as an aberrations. Coaches box, no good. 1 good coaching game over the year, that’s enough for mine. Change that and we might be ok. Unfortunately I don’t see us at the business end until 2030.

2010 premiership midfield
- Jolly
- Swan
- Pendlebury
- Daisy Thomas
- Beams
- Sidebottom
- Ball
- Didak
- Wellingham

2020 SF midfield
- Grundy
- Pendlebury
- Adams
- Treloar

I think I see the problem.

We have a poor culture and no ability to take the next steps to have ultimate grand final success. We will continue to rot and linger like a poor old horse that will be remembered as an ‘also ran’. We are stale and arrogant. A club with no respect for its supporters. No social club and that corporate corpse of a HQ says it all . No soul. We lost that when we left Victoria Park for the modern corporate culture. Just look where all that has got Australia today. Collingwood is now a tragedy. We have become like other Melbourne based Clubs like Carlton, Essendon, Melbourne, St Kilda. To lose by this margin in a semi final is unacceptable. How much are we paying some of these millionaire footy types? Ever seen any poor AFL players? Fed up with Collingwood under the rich mans culture that has delivered poverty for us fans . Oh and wait for the biggest joke of 2020! They will be sending membership renewals out soon without any guarantee that you can get to sit in your seats next year I bet.
