You've given Bucks the rest of 2020 and the entire 2021 season.

That's fair.

Retiring Pendles is crazy and nuts, jeezus, bloody Cats have guys older than him, like bald Abblett, Selwood, still playing great footy, and Hawkins. That suggestion is just insane, crazy land stuff.

I'm not retiring him but rising 34 at the stage he may have had enough

Like Clarkson as possible coach but with Mitchell as senior assistant where he can take over as senior coach after 2 years.

If not I still think Mitchell might be worth a punt in 2022.

Before we start sacking anyone first, can this year's "away" jumper become our home jumper from next year onwards Wink

I sound like a broken record, but it suits us far better.

I might rank this at 163 on our list of priorities Smile

Unless we somehow trade something significant out or package up draft picks, we could be in tall forward purgatory for 5 years. Free agents like Daniher would be my preferred fast route but we never seem to be in discussions for this to happen.

Need to work out do we want more of the same mediocrity and BS which it is.
This has been an ongoing issue of collingwood since 2013. Nothing has been done to improve the place. They have sat on their hands.
2018 - So what big deal.
We are an average team just making up the numbers.
Time some players pissed off along with the inept coaching panel and bucks.
Clean and clear up the place for once.
No time in our time as a club since 2013 have we been such a joke and nothing is addressed.
its the same old BS and spin from Ed and Walsh too.
We arent a club anymore more an eddie corperation. thats why its a "club".
Enough is enough.
Had a gutfull to be honest.

Look rants are good as a stress outlet for you but when suggesting list changes can you at least name the players you want sacked so that debates can occur about the merits of sacking or keeping players? Thanks

Considering our current list I feel that there are many on the chopping block.
I'm not sure how deep you would want to cut in one season but my thoughts (sans commentary on each) are:

Delist:
8-Langdon; 11-Beams; 15-Dunn; 18-Varcoe; 20-Reid; 24-Thomas; 28-Murphy; 29-Broomhead; 31-Appleby; 45-Lynch.

Both 16-Mayne and 19-Greenwood I would tend to keep on the list to mentor the younger guys and for their uncompromising attitudes.

Trade:
12-Scharenburg; 21-Phillips.

Trade bait (to improve draft position or secure points):
1-Stephenson; 5-Elliott.

At the draft/trade table we need to target quality big-bodied inside midfielders and, clearly, key forwards - both FF and CHF.

Our assistant coaching needs a dose of salts, in particular mid-field and forward. Why we don't have a Bona Fide ruck coach is beyond me.

Probably sounds like wholesale changes but half the 'delist' crew are ready for retirement anyway.
