Ken Hinckley at Port, has been there for 1 year less than Bucks, but only has 2 prelims to show for it. He is not under any pressure.

Same with Brad Scott at North. Only 2 prelims during his time before he pulled the plug.

You know what helps win flags? Having a full list to choose from for a start.

^ agree and that's a perfect world for clubs but Footscray, Richmond and West Coast managed to win GF's without a full list and/or A1 players missing.

Richmond 2017 & 2020 full list, which important players were missing from WC & Dogs GF teams?

WCE were missing Shepard, Gaff and Nic Nat.

Richmond had a shit load of injuries mid season in2019 but still found ways to win what 12 in a row and gradually get players back to win a flag.

Great teams find a way others use it as an excuse and it goes into the too hard basket.

Exactly, if we lost a Vlaustin equivalent (Howe) and fell 22 points behind, we would have given up and came up with every excuse as to why it was never meant to be.

I give u gaff, Nic nat out most off year. Richmond 2017 & 2020 full list
As you can read I haven’t mentioned 2019.
Yes teams can win with a one maybe 2 outs, but it’s rare.

Really Nic Nat played 15 games in 2018 (he did his knee against us 6 weeks out from finals, Vardy then stepped up) was out for most of 2019.

Despite all that WCE were a great side in 2018. About 10 games in that season everybody was predicting they would be premiers.

Not disputing this but good sides can find a way even when injuries hit and it’s not just finals but during the season, you still need to win enough games to qualify in a decent position.

Probably - Brandon Smith just said when he was interviewed post game that Cam does all the coaching and Craig “just gets paid a lot of money for doing pi$$ all”.
