Do you need us to come in and give you a milk and treacle enema? 😜😉

Great to hear, Stui. I'm also pleased that we have this candidate for best post of 2020 as a result:

Home now on the couch, all supplied with painkillers. Surgeon found a 3rd hernia while in there so I'm all sewn up now.

Just heard Dan say that elective surgery is being suspended again so timing was perfect, very happy with that.

And yeah, when taking a dump has the potential to feel like you're being stabbed in the stomach it's very satisfying to back one out pain free.

Glad to hear it went well Stui, I was listening to that announcement and instantly thought you were lucky indeed!

What made me happy today is hearing the news in Sydney of protesters being arrested and fined and when the police moved in the organisers told people not to come.

Wow, who would have thought that threats of fines would actually stop people protesting! Would come as quite a shock to many Victorians

But it was good to see a police force and government taking the necessary action to keep their citizens safe.

Only if you administer it personally after gently warming the mix in your mouth then squirting it to it's end with a straw. Cool

I saw the organiser interviewed. Despite losing in court and the chief health officer saying it was irresponsible to protest, he could not let go of his flawed logic.

He was the first one arrested, then some others and the whole thing apparently fizzled out.

Reasonable cause but lousy timing and logic.

^^

He is a goose as are the rest of the protestors, no surprises screaming racism at their protest being disrupted.

But it’s interesting to see MPs were involved in and supporting of an illegal protest.

Check the MP then check their party and electorate, 10 to 1 odds there's votes in it for them being seen there.

Today I found out the state government are going to extend subsidizing hotel accomodation for homeless people until April next year and will prioritize getting them into permanent accomodation from there. Good stuff.

Really really happy with how I'm healing.

Done a 2+km walk each morning for the last 3 mornings, took the car out today, no issues.

Did a Coles run. Didn't bag anything at the checkout, just put it all in the trolley then bagged it as I loaded it into the car, making sure each bag was lightly loaded.

Been working on posture and sitting, frequent flexing of the neck, starting to get the nerve pain from neck into shoulder under some form of control (touch wood), only pain relief required has been panadol and that's been more out of suggestion to take it regularly for the first few days rather than I needed pain relief.

Of the heavy duty ones, just been taking 1 before bed after some of the Red medicine, seems to be working.

Biggest risk here is I'm going to feel fine and normal before I should and do something dumb.

Cheers Jezza

unexpected bonus was the anti-constipation meds. You don't want to be bound up with sliced stomach muscles.

Lets just say that they induce frequent flatulence which assures me I haven't lost my sense of smell so still Covid negative. Razz
