It's T20, 90 nice. Something of a lottery.
Can be won in one over. Either a bowler rips through (3 or 4 wickets in quick succession) or a batter goes berserk and hits 3 or 4 sixes in an over. eg. Brathwaite smashing Stokes for 4 sixes from the first 4 balls of the final over, to win the T20 World Championship, or Maxy doing something similar.
