I like Heart of Gold I guess, not sure why musicians think anyone cares who they vote for though.

*edit* Didn't know it was Linda Ronstadt doing back up vocals. Now her I love.

Heart of Gold is good, my Fav is a Man needs a maid. Razz

As far as The Colonel's young cousin..

"It is so reckless and irresponsible," she continued, "for people to be speculating that this man, who very well could be the next president of the United States of America has dementia when there is no doctor backup."

Pretty sure denying the obvious and electing a guy with dementia to the most powerful position in the world might be a little more reckless and irresponsible than, er, "speculating" about it. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Electing a person in their late 70's to the most powerful position in the world is really not smart.

I'm old enough to remember the political cartoons about Reagan mistaking the call button for his nurse for the Nuke the USSR button.

So for a while we had younger candidates and Presidents. Then Trump won and the Democrats respond by loading the decks with near Octogenarians.

Interestingly, they had plenty of younger major candidates to choose from this time around – Pete Buttigieg (38), Andrew Yang (45), Beto O’Rourke (47), Cory Booker (50), Kamala Harris (55) and Amy Klobuchar (59), among others – but voters didn’t like them. Maybe everyone’s just looking for a granddad.

How old is Bill Weld? Having regard to the age profile of the remaining candidates and the incumbent, their inevitable struggles with “social distancing” and their consequent COVID19 risk, there’s a reasonable chance they won’t be available for the job by next January.

A new low for the Democratic Party: threatening to disenfranchise voters if states delay primary elections for public safety reasons.

They can't delay the General election, so I guess that's why. The primaries are pretty much over anyway after today. I mean, they were already over but now they're more over.
