After taking a deep breath, listening to all the various folks pontificating on the wireless and watching the replay, my favourite moments from yesterday were (in no particular order) as follows:
1. Watching Cox & JDG pants A Rance in contest after contest. Hat tip to Checkers for his blocking work.
2. Watching A Rance set himself to play a loose extra man for a boundary throw in at the 13:50 minute mark of the last quarter, only to have Grundy ghost past him and kick a fabulous goal.
3. Future Captain's poise and class.
4. J Crisp's 2 Goals.
5. Our American Pie killing Richmond's momentum with a pack mark from a kick down the line by the Future Captain. (10:00 min mark last quarter)
6. The clever running by the Future Captain to stretch Richmond's coverage and create the uncontested possession that allowed him to kick to M Cox.
7. The boys sticking tackles all night.
8 Last but not least, both Cotchin & Hardwick quoting from Annie, in their post-match interviews...."The sun will come out tomorrow"

Only 3 of your top 7 involved Tommy Langdon?

I’m shocked! #tommylangdonmostmarkseverbyacollingwooddefenderinapreliminaryfinal

Yep, youve had a big month, P4S. Langdons and Sidey’s last month in particular, have been off the charts.
Err, so has Adams but that’s another story 😉

I initially thought this said: "Yep, you've got a big mouth, P4S."

I hope I don't feel this disappointed in a week's time. Wink

So did I. Both are true, of course.

Yes to all of them, but I'd top the list with:

* Aish tackle on some luckless Tiger.
* Greenwood tackles on several luckless Tigers.
* Two different Varcoe moments of pure, 100% proof, top-drawer class handling ground balls. We didn't see a lot of Travis, but the stuff he did do was just sublime.
* Grundy's tap and rove for a goal. It was 100% predictable, and totally unexpected. Yes, I am aware that those two statements conflict. They are both true nevertheless.

I was at the game on my 51st birthday.

It was simply magical to thrash the toothless Tigers.

secured a GF ticket too, so will be back at the G for our biggest test of the season.

One game Pies, dare to dream!

Im guessing K-Mart are reducing the price of their 'Richmond Back-to Back' DVDs right about now.

Tiger dynasty.......LOL.

If we can jag a win next Saturday, thats 2 flags in 8 years- I'm praying we will do the business and continue on in that vein for a decade.

Knowing how Travis plays you can be sure he was assisting our palyers either blocking shepherting or creating space..........

I was going to say you answered your own question... but strictly speaking I guess that's cloning, not sex.
