Ever had a dream and down the track that dream appears to become reality?
A few years ago my old man, 3 days before the Perth Cup, said he had a dream Old Cobber won. The horse hadn't won a race for ages. Sure enough, it gets up and wins the cup @ 20/1.
Well last night, I had a pretty restless sleep with loads of different dreams. In one of these dreams I backed a horse with Kisses in it's name, it won and paid $44.
This morning I've gone through every race meet in Australia today. The very last race I look at, Sandown Race 8, there's a nag called Kissee Mee. Currently 50/1 (fixed) on the WA TAB.
Needless to say... I'm ON!

Very often dream football results - always make sure to tell someone then they come true I've got evidence! Usually it's just who wins, once I dreamt Carlton beat Kangaroos by 19 points & that was the exact margin in the end (told my sister & we both saw it happen - Carlton were 6 points behind with a couple to go & kicked a goal)
Also dreamt about a rat 2 nights ago - Mum just rang to say she's got a rat on her verandah.
Dreamt about Mohammad Ali - 2 days later he died. |

My Nan was a bit of a gypsy who loved her horoscopes and stuff. She used to say we all have a bit of psychic in us but very few know how to harness it.
She had a moonstone ring she would hover over pics and ask yes or no questions, if the ring swung to and fro it was yes, side to side it was no. I asked her to pic some horses for me once but she was reluctant to use it for gambling.
She did give me Subzero the year (1992) he won though He's still kicking around at 30 years of age. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Many years ago (well, you'll know exactly how many years ago when you read on), a Nickster's sister had a dream about Buckley winning the 2003 Brownlow and the Pies winning that year's flag... This was related to us in the week before the Grand Final.
Anyone remember who this was? |

But what is the ratio of your dreams that turn out to dreams that don't turn out?
That's crucial to any decisions on betting strategy.

I'm just going to leave this here:

I'm fascinated by dreams, but I think their capacity for telling the future is about on par with a stopped clock's ability to give the correct time. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Still, right twice a day isn’t bad for a male clock!

I'm sure Swoop42 would be happy to interpret them for you. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Football dreams always turn out right.
The other stuff pretty often, I'll dream something out of the blue (like Ali) then within a week whatever it was is in the news.
Unfortunately not all the time though, dreamt the other night that Kevin Pietersen was kissing my neck.... god I wish that one would come true!! Only the boring stuff seems to come true |

I’m trying to think of some cricket-related innuendo and failing miserably. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Experts are agreed that, in every case, they mean that you were (probably) dreaming. |

No need to think: just need to remember the hysterical tabloid headlines of yore.
e.g. something like "Punter did not stump me: beauty queen."
Surely the UK tabloids on Warne have provided a treasure trove?

KP? Cue sound of KP cackling on TV. You know there's a short clip of him on the CFC website, right?
How many football dreams have you had?
I guess you must not be the sister mentioned in my post above, who sadly had that 50% accuracy --- and the "wrong" 50% at that. |

I frequently have weird arse dreams, they're usually related in some way to something that's on my mind at the time, so I don't try to analyse them, once I wake up they generally flit into the back of the brain.
There's a few i wouldn't mind if they came true, but no such luck so far. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
