|
I will be ropeable if we capitulate like Richmond and Melbourne.
This game has consequencesfor Hawthorn, so likewise it must have for us.We need to give everything to win tomorrow, because a heroic performance in the final game of 2016 will give a massive boost of confidence and belief for 2017. If we show we can measure up tomorrow against a top team that will be desperate to win, it will be huge.
I expect maximum effort from our guys tomorrow.Go Pies!! |

Anything other than a capitulation will be a surprise, a bottom 4 side v a top 4 side and premiership contender, how else do you expect it to go?
Besides the last time we beat Hawthorn was the last time we had a decent coach, won't beat them again until Buckley is gone |

Yes, the way the deeees got annihilated, and the tigers absolutely belted, and the roos reamed, makes me a bit concerned about this one, the finals teams seem all in a bad mood now, no mercy. I just hope and pray we can be as competitive as we can, do not lie down, as the others did. If we had our best side in, with moore, taylor adams, fasolo, reid, Elliott, we would beat the bastards, but that fact does not deter the anti bucks brigade like you from completely over looking that absolute fact, just to bash the coach again. Jeez, id piss myself laughing if we somehow beat them, then again, the anti bucks mob would still piss and moan.

And they'd be quite within their rights to do so - it's already beyond frustrating that they've beaten Geelong, GWS and West Coast but lost 12 of their other 18 games (including losses to Carlton, Melbourne twice, Richmond and St Kilda, as well as being thrashed by Port Adelaide and North when both of those teams were displaying form that would have seen them struggle to beat our VFL team) but people would be entitled to be discombobulated were the 'pies to knock off Hawthorn, as well. |
