| Bucks really needs to perform with this one. Put up a very good showing or shut up and move on. Guppy is right in on this too as he always was going to go to the top when he arrived. The only important thing is to give hawthorn the least possible chance of 4 in a row. Hawthorn have no right to disparage the famous Collingwood teams that did this. History is something that cannot be toyed with. Go Pies in 2017 and knock this cheating hawthorn team to the smithereens. |

A win today will be like taking down the Demons in '58 to preserve the record, but without the flag bonus to go with it. I'd love it to happen but unless by some miracle our mids actually take advantage of Grundy, Cloke turns into Carey and we conjure a backline wall of steel out of a wire mesh fence with an open gate... I cannot see it happening.

Taylor Adams would've been handy. We need that extra midfield depth with a bit of pace against the Hawks. Their midfield isn't blessed with speed.
To hurt them would be good, to get them suspended would be better.

Four weeks ago I thought that we could have one this one. Unfortunately the game now counts for the Hawks and we are further limited by injuries. I cannot see us winning this one.
