I made it along to training tonight. Bucks maintained a watchful eye, when he wasn't taking one-on-one sessions with Grundy and Pendlebury, in particular. Neil Balme was probably the most excited guy on the park. The mood among the players was relaxed and cheerful. Pendles showed his usual balance... ... but worked harder than you might think. It was a good light session. There were freebies. And more freebies. And a small but enthusiastic crowd.
