McKenzie has a booming left-foot which is generally accurate most of the time and he can play off half-back.
Bit concerned about his deterioration at the Suns though. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023

He has the party boy reputation and its possible that he and Eade don't get along too well?
That cannon off half back is a major weapon. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Another link about players who could be on the move.
I'd like to hit Melbourne hard personally. |
All wishful thinking i'm afraid; we have very little currency to trade with in 2016, and a couple of father-son picks we need to scrutinise. _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

I fear youre right piedys. But we can always trade future draft picks.
Free agency the way to go you think? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Tom Mitchell putting contract talks on hold.
You'd think if he was to leave, he'd go to Carlton. But he'd be a top pick up. Don't know if its worth talking about.
Neale and Mayes stay with Freo and Lions. Shame. Would have been a nice pick up. But I did feel like both were unobtainable for the Pies.
Jaeger O'Meara sounds like he is 100% gettable. But is he worth the risk? What would get him across?
Jack Grimes to me seems almost done. Is 27 and has not played a game this year. (Played 12 last year). Is very much gettable, but I don't think he is worth going after. Would rather stick with Brown/Frost.
This one is interesting.... Dean Towers.
He is 26, but at 189 cm, he can kick goals and is handy as a pinch hitter in the ruck. Might be a short term solution if we were going to trade Witts and needed to find a quick back up for Grundy.
I also believe that Jack Trengove will be up for grabs as he would be ok to leave the Demons. (They already tried trading him once). _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

I think Collingwood still has nightmares about Tom's father, plus he will demand a big wage and I think the money can be afforded to be spent better elsewhere so I would pass if I was the club.
O'Meara would be a great recruit, but injuries are a big concern and make him a risky prospect. He won't come cheap if we want him badly enough.
Grimes will probably leave Melbourne at the end of the year. I've heard that Michael Hibberd is keen to head to Melbourne so maybe a trade will be concocted involving both Hibberd and Grimes.
I think Trengove will stay at Melbourne. He's finally started playing again after a very long injury lay-off. I know that he was close to being a Richmond player until he failed his medical but I think that's water under the bridge for both Trengove and Melbourne now. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023

^^ And Towers? Think he is any good? Could he fill a need if we move on Cloke/Witts? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

I haven't seen him play a lot, but I did watch him against Melbourne a few weeks back and he was one of the Swans standouts. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023

Jack Trengove dropped this week.
Strange call by Roos there.
I still think he'd leave if the right club called. I also think the Dees wouldn't put up too much of a fight if he asked for a trade. That just brings up 2 questions.
1. Whats he worth?
2. Does he improve our team? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |
