| Much more honest footballer than Goodes and not a sook. Given the signage at the ground it's not too much of a stretch to assume that there may well have been some anti-Muslim sentiment in sections of the crowd. |

If you mean "the new Adam Goodes" as in "someone who is despised by some football supporters because of his ethnic/cultural background", then the answer is probably yes, sadly.

Actually the reason a lot of people didn't like Goodes had nothing to do with his ethinicity or cultural back ground. Only a minority.
So the answer is probably no.
