Jake Carlisle has requested a trade away from the Bombers which would come as no surprise to many supporters out there.

Is anyone interested in the prospect of obtaining Jake Carlisle during the trade period or is it still Adam Treloar, James Aish and Matthew Kreuzer in where our attentions should be completely directed towards at the moment.

The rumour mill seems to suggest that Carlton are keen on him and are favourites to obtain him but we'll see how it plays out in the trade period next month.

He is a a sook when things don't go his way. Not a team player. No.

I would most definitely consider him if the deal was a fair one. One for the club to ponder.

I wanted him but after watching him in a few games I have changed my mind.

Most neutral observers would I assume consider him an upgrade on Frost so the answer would have to be yes.

Trav Clokes goal kicking is frustrating enough. Imagine watching Carlisle having shots as well. I'd have no hair left.

Is he better than Ryan Cook? Wasnt he going to be a tagger? He kicked a bag for Williamstown once in 5BC got there on a paper boat from Mordy!

He'd own CHB and let Reid play forward with the added bonus they could be easily swapped at any time as needs.

I'd take him, only caveat would be the WADA thing hanging over his head.

Totally agree. A TALL mobile back is something we lack in my opinion. Brownie and Frosty are toilers, but their arses are too close to the ground for the big forwards. And if he can pinch hit in the forward line or ruck, all the better!!

Kruezer??? Pffft!! The last thing we need is another ruckman.
