My neighbour gets his certificates from the sexual health clinic. Its got their letterhead on it. Says the same thing. Vague. Unfit for work due to a medical condition. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out the general range of things that could possibly make him unfit for work. He says no one ever asks at his work. Think about it
