24 and de-listed by the Crows. Do you think he'd be worth a late pick? Don't know too much about him, but his best season was 2012, which is funnily enough the only year he had completed pre season training. Has X-Factor and pace, and could add a little bit to our forward line (which I think other than BKen, lacks genuine crumbing forwards)

Would the inclusion of Varcoe and the promising start to Broomhead last year mean that it would be pointless?

I think he's well worth a solid look.

Would prefer Ashley Smith from WCE. Taller, faster, better kick. Probably not needed if we're getting Crisp though. Maybe a rookie pick.

Yes. And if our list managers are doing their job they will look at EVERY player.

Personally I know nothing about this guy

We will know when where how what and who about all players.
My opinion is that I recall him having his good games and he may have actually played well against us.

I reckon we should get stuck into Cooney!! Add him to...

Pendlebury, Swan , Sidebottom, Adams, Broomhead, Freeman, Kennedy, Blair, Elliott, Thomas, Seedsman, Scharenberg in a year or two, and hopefully a Brayshaw or Laverde.

When we get Varcoe, Greenwood and Crisp through the midfield and a Cooney all of a sudden our midfield has got some good rotations in it and classy!!

In a year or two Cooney's knees will be shot for good.

^^ I know what you are saying but that's all I want him for.
He can go back to the kennel in 2017 and mentor his little puppy dogs then.

Absolutely correct,

He quick enough, reads it alright, seems hit and miss form wise, but as a smallish forward you get that.

I still think we should have punted on garlett....

Esp after finding out Beams wanted out.... then we could move Beams V2(better all around) Elliot into the middle.

I used to be undecided, but now I'm not so sure.

We have a very limited amount of spots left on our list. Picks 5, & 30 will add another 2 & Crisp another 1. Who do you guys think we should delist to make room for someone like Petrenko? We will only have rookie spots available it would seem.

I'm up for spending one of our rookie spots on a recycled player. In saying that, I don't know how many rookie selections we'll have.

Petrenko looked alright a year or two ago. What happened? I thought I saw somewhere that he actually retired. Is it injuries? Or has he done a Kyle Martin?
