Just watched Terminator 2. Yesterday Shawshank redemption. We have a channel on our package from Macau and they show the same ones but it went missing for a few months. Back yesterday.

I've heard only bad reviews, except from those who are too PC to say anything bad about a movie with a female lead. |

No issues with a female lead, that was the deal. Just the plot was like 2 hours of foreplay for nothing great at the end.
It wasn't bad, just not that good. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Not Without My Daughter (1991)
Starring Sally Field. Wow. Rather traumatic and a very touchy subject around Islam. If this was made today, it would be a bigger deal and probably come with a bit more hype. And I think of the time I got yelled at for holding the door open.
National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007)
Starring Nicolas Cage. Like the first one, is a bit far fetched, but if you dont stop to think about things like, how did they get to Paris so fast, and how did they get guns in Paris so fast, you'll enjoy it. First one is better, but still an ok adventure film if you dont overthink it. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Netflix, French Comedy called “They are everywhere” or “The Jews”
Not bad, made me laugh at times. A mix of Life of Brian, Woody Allen (the younger), and more.
The trailer:

French comedies are always a dicey proposition at the best of times, but this had me at "Charlotte Gainsbourg"! ❤️ Might have to check it out.
Are you planning on seeing anything at this year's French Film Festival, WPT? _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

I've seen Delicatessen, though rather a long time ago! Not familiar with the other one, but will investigate further, thanks!
Here's one of my favourite French comedies – it's so good (kind of like a French Sixteen Candles or The Breakfast Club, if that's your cup of tea):

Watched Unhinged.
Wow
You could argue argue for hours about the sliding doors moment early on, but after that it's a mix of Duel and falling Down.
Not my usual stuff, Russell Crowe looks like the thing that ate Russell Crowe, take Gladiator and add 40kg but he does psycho well, best psycho from him since johnny mnemonic.

Not without my daughter is brilliantly acted and it’s based on a true story _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

Godzilla (1998)
Starring Matthew Broderick and Jean Reno. This movie starts out rather promising, but turns into a ball of crap. I put of seeing it at the time after negative reviews and only watched it last night for the first time ever. It hasn't aged well either.
Not the worst film I've seen, but it could have been so much better. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |
