I am honoured to have been present went he played at Subiaco and watched he and the boys thump the eagles.

A true champion not only in the eay he played but the way he handled himself off the field. Paragraphs could be written but one word somes him him up

CHAMPION.

Look forward to seeing him help the side to a flag from the coaches box

Bucks said that he not trust his body any more...

So yes injury was the main reason he has retired.

What a Champion!!!!!!!....I must admit I'm sheding a tear watching Nathan.. Sad

It's the day we were all dreading Sad

I think Bucks will live on in the legends as we tell our children and grandchildren and their children, what a priviledge and an honour it was to watch 'The Man', Nathan Buckley play. From his legendary pin point accuracy kicks, to his fierce tackling, to the courage he showed while leading and more importantly, defending his men from the thugs of the game. Bucks, you are a true inspiration and the Collingwood Faithful will remember you and pass on your stories and legend to all. Pissed off that it had to happen this way, I wish we could have celebrated with him at the end of the last game. For all of you going to the Copeland tonight, you make sure you are on your feet and that you rock the rafters with your noise and applause for him tonight.
