Get involved, get your workplace fit and healthy! Collingwood stars Tarkyn Lockyer and Nick Maxwell are pleased to offer a new season of fitness programs designed to get your workplace working together, toward a fitter and healthier body and mind.

Hosted at the state of the art Lexus Centre training facility, participants will be taken through a program tailor-made to bring out the best in each group.

Programs can run for a morning, a day, a week, or over several months – depending on your organisations requirements.

Tarkyn Lockyer and Nick Maxwell will take your employees through a range of different activities and fitness tests, improving their fitness, strength and overall well-being.

They will call on several of their Collingwood team mates throughout the program, all with qualifications in fitness/personal training, as well as VIS athletes and members of the reigning netball premiers - the Melbourne Phoenix.

So far the program has proven to be a huge success – and here is your chance to get your company involved!

Different activities include; Fun runs, boxing, yoga, aerobics, weights circuits, swim, ice baths, touch football games, indoor soccer games, indoor cricket, rowers, triathlons and other fun activities. Advice on nutrition, exercise and how to live a healthy life is also included from professionals in the industry to give your employees all the information they need.
