Welcome to Collingwood Tom Langdon
At pick 65 we opted to go with Tom Langdon as opposed to Cameron Conlon which a lot of people were hoping for. I must admit that I don't know too much about Langdon but after reading a little bit about him and seeing some highlights of him I must say I can see why we went for him. I admire Tom for the fact that while he missed out on last year's draft he never gave up and this motivated to work harder this year and he demonstrated some excellent leadership qualities with Sandringham Dragons this year and he looks like a composed player who could develop into a useful player for the club. Definitely worth the punt in my view, especially since we need more leaders at the club.
Here's more information about Tom Langdon.

I'm starting the Tom Langdon bandwagon. Too late Dave.
It's only three minutes of highlights but it shows quite a range of very useful things.
I'm excited _________________ they can smell what we're cookin' |

Definitely a HIne special. This will be a player for which HIne gets paid the big bucks. |

Leadership skills, worked hard on his game after initially being rejected, medium tall defender. Is this the new Nick Maxwell? _________________ Born and raised in Black and White |

I'm very confused. I thought we only had 3 picks, 6, 10, and 65? WTF? _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

Any Nostradamus' out there spot this one?
And we had 6, 10 then our next pick was 65 + 2 rookie upgrades. We only used 38/40 slots so could use some even later picks if needed and one was needed for a slider. |
