How did you get on? I'd be interested in joining... there used to be one about 5 years ago but I think it was poorly run.
If you're looking at getting one up and running and need a hand, I'm here. |

Good to see go tassie. i used to live their down in Queenstown. Myself and a group of people have started up the western magpies over here in w.a., so we ourselves are just going through the process. Bree Hitches is in charge of all supporter groups and you can call her at the club on PH:03 9412 0014 but she is hard to get a hold of sometimes. or you can email on BreeH@Collingwoodfc.com.au good luck. |

I e-mailed Mizuno the 'Guidelines for all Collingwood Country and Interstate Supporter Groups in 2005' document Mortis. If you like I can send you the document as well.
As posted earlier,
To become an official Collingwood supporters club you need:
1. At least 20 members
2. And have an elected committee that includes a President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Once affiliated each supporter group receives a fundraising kit, which includes a Collingwood Guernsey and a team poster signed by the Collingwood squad. The club also provides key rings and key ring inserts to be given to members at the start of each season. Club posters, stickers and other promotional giveaways will be available on request during the season.
The club would also be able to send a flyer to all the Collingwood members living in Southern Tasmania promoting the supporters club... Collingwood has recently sent a flyer to all the Collingwood members living in Sydney letting them know about the Sydney Collingwood Supporters Club... we have picked up a lot of new members this way.
