And to think people were saying Josh Fraser squibbed a contest! Compared to that post, his efforts on Ryder were superhuman.

As I said ages ago, all he had to do, in my view, was embarrass the girl by running up to her and saying "hey, that's not very nice is it, I think your mum or someone needs to teach you some manners an respect for other people ". Made her feel an inch big, then got on with the game.

Perhaps. But don't you think it still would have been highlighted by commentators, and don't you think her face would have still been on national TV?
Either way, I think getting her ejected was the right thing. A line needs to be drawn somewhere.

NO, commentators would have mused what was that about, it was the ejection by burly security, of a kid, that highlighted the whole affair, way over the top response.

Was mentioned on SEN this morning that Goodes staged contact to the head during the game against Hawthorn trying to get a free kick.
Wonder if he'll get cited for that one? |
