I'd expect my friends to forgive me a single gaffe for which I'd apologised. If they didn't, amd then they started airing that in public behind a microphone, I might think that they were not, and had never been, worthy of my friendship.

A politically motivated AOY.
It is also a general consensus amongst many people I speak.
It's got stuff all to do about race.
It's my opinion of the man himself.
BUT sure enough many people in the community out there turn mine and many others dislike for the man into a racial issue.

Eddie made a bad gaffe about Goodsey, and apologised to him profusely, he phoned him up even, said hes very sorry. Jeesus, what else could he do, he made a bad error, apologised, yet sooky la la goodes brings it up again. Grow a set adam, get over it, holding grudges wont help you, ed apologised, so move on like a real man should.

Ed made a very bad error of judgement. He apologised privately & publicly. He was also publicly humiliated, which he quite rightly, took on the chin.

What more could he do?

This says a lot more about Goodes' character than it does about Ed's.

Would have been a giant step for reconciliation if he had come out & said he had forgiven Ed & put it behind him. But his ego got in the way.

So I have an ethnic back ground and was subjected to many taunts growing up, thing is I brushed then off and moved on..

Adam Goodes is a no hoper wannabe Winmar cry baby. If all it took was a stupid comment to break up a so called friendship then F off but don't use the media to highlight it! That's just weak.

Fair dinkum there are some thin skinned FWits on this planet.. Australian of the year just because he dobbed in a 12 year old girl, who's the brave man now!
