I'd love to know what he was doing that resulted in a broken hand.

Hopefully nothing a professional footballer shouldn't be doing.

2 weeks out if he played for another club.Given the 'recuperative' powers of our players that equates to a 2-3 month injury for us.

What was he doing by the way?How the hell can you break your hand at home just a week before the season starts?

Well, the Greenwood acquisition has been a failure based simply on games played. Hip surgery? One week out from the season? WTF?!?!

DeGoey looks like another injury prone pick. A broken hand at home? Lord almighty!

Elliott 'narrowly' missed round 1...but...he's only pushing for selection in COMING WEEKS? He's been out longer than if he had broken his f**king ankle!

And Wells. Well, we already knew about that one.

It is not even the injury, I understand every club get them, they happen. I don't understand the continuing "numbing down" the club does on injuries. By this i mean:

Eliott does injury: club should say "Not sure on the extent of the damage...will be sent for scans etc and will give a considered response once we know"

Clubs actual response: "it is nothing serious he will just miss a few training sessions"

Five weeks later
: "we hope he will be back in a few weeks" .

DeGoey injury ...annoying but they happen...I agree with others I think we can read between the lines on this one.

Greenwood goes from pushing for selection to hip surgery?

Anyway, It is what it is. I feel that we still have a healthy enough list to be able to start the season well.

Dissapointing but gives other players a crack

Levi no good as he and Wills the bigger hard bodies at the contest

To think we passed up 2 metre Peter for De Goey.

De Goey pick 5, Peter Wright pick 8.

Bux said in the presser, that no-one would believe him. Before explaining. He was right about that.

You wouldn't make up an excuse so dumb. Would you? So probably the truth.
