I've posted on here a few times in regards to what I feel is wrong and I'm no expert but it's my opinion.
But I also said I don't want Bucks sacked I want hi to succeed
I won't cop this rubbish so many players left because of him it's absolute rubbish
Dawes wanted more $$$ Heater wanted out then in then out then in and Bucks didn't like his attitude at all, Wellingham wanted to go home and wasn't playing good football, daisy was cooked look at the poor bloke now, Beams wanted to go home to be closer to his father who was/is battling cancer FACT yes he got a room full of $$ but in this day and age where players are commodities why wouldn't they take the $$$ Harry was just a round peg in a square hole he was more interested than things outside football then inside. He took offence about a poster apparently. Has anyone heard of him doing interviews this year about his next crusade ? He seems happy now and I'm glad for him he deserves to be happy like any human being does.
Bucks set a standard and that is a good thing. Look at the successful teams of recent times Geelong Hawks Swans they have that strong culture of team first so going down the track we are in that regards will pay dividends in the future.
Tow the line or don't play simple
Bucks might have some things still to prove ss a coach but with any luck at all we could have won 3 or 4 or 5 more games lost by under 2 goals be sitting 5th 6th 7th and all be praising him and running around going bring on 2016/17
We need work on skills no doubt and we need a game plan/style that can withstand pressure and turn those losses to victories.
I said it before he gets 2016 to show he's worth another 3/4yr extension
I want to be the guy who apologises when we are in the 8 next year all excited for September

Don't ask me how I l know this I just do.

Beams shaw lumanba Dawes Thomas Wellingham all left because of him. Now we may not miss some of the guys but he is an ordinary coach

For real?

Let's sack Buckley, keep all our veterans, trade only for mature age discards, sack Hine, get some turmoil at board level happening, and move all our homes games to Etihad. Then we can be Carlton.

There's a coach out there called Mick Malthouse who I hear is doing good things these days.

He's clearly responsible for every loss we've had since 1972

Maybe our blue collar approach of numbers to the contest isn't as effective as playing a game centered more on kicking efficiency. And yes our kicking efficiency is poor. But Bucks is aware of it and he knows the next step in our development is to add kicking efficiency to our pressure and numbers around the ball approach. In short I think Bucks has the blueprint for success but the team is still working towards executing it properly. This will come with experience and hopefully a good run with injury so we can maintain a settled line up.

Thanks for a good response.
But if we are aware of our kicking problems why did we recruit
players like Adams, Greenwood, Crisp, BenKen, Grundy, Marsh, Langdon...
the list goes on and on of Collingwood players who are not great kicks.
Even Moore is an ordinary kick.
I understand why we recruited each of these players but elite kicks is not what the Club ordered for the last few years.
The buck stops with Hine and Bucks on this.
Both Bucks and Hine have taken the road that doesn't rate elite kicking
above and beyond all other attributes.
This is why we are a crap kicking side. We may be great at other football skills but kicking is not one of them.

You should stop talking about kicking, you seem to have little idea about who is and who isn't a good kick, confidence and game system/style play a far FAR bigger role than you seem to be able to grasp......

Hawthorns "elite" kicking is as a result of game plan, spread and space, they can be as ordinary as the next club when in physical pressure situations, we've seen it on numerous occasions, they are seasoned, know their system inside out and confident with it, teams rarely sustain pressure v said system for long enough but when they do this "elite" kicking goes down the toilet.

When you kick it 15m to a bloke in 5m of space it will be effective even if you miss your mark by a metre or two, same as if on a fast break you kick it 40-50 to a bloke with 15m space..... our system doesn't dictate that the likes of Crisp, Marsh and Greenwood chip it around.

Oh Museman what utter drivel about Hawthorns good kicking being the "game plan" operation.

No Museman as Bucks said "It is a simple game"
But hey I'm not the self appointed Einstein as you seem to claim to be.

Ahhh why doesn't our system dictate us to do this kicking game?
I mean they are only the benchmark of the comp.
I mean they are winning and we are losing so what marvellous tricks have we got up our sleeves.
