I agree with that but I would reckon we would not get much back
Don't think we would get a first rounder for either.
Both 27 so a reasonable age.......may get a late first rounder think Adams has a little more upside re trade.

Sorry Pies4shaw I was of the opinion that you weren't a SB fan, glad to be wrong. And yeah again you're right, with a bit of luck he should make it to around the 400 game mark.

Yeah.... the longer I watch footy the more convinced that it is all about impact.
The stats have some relevance but player impact is what you really look for.
Treloar racks up the stats but really lacks impact.
Adams would be good in an up and coming young club that needed a leader. |

The only ones I would have off the trade table (assuming a viable deal were available for any of the others) this year are Crisp, Pendlebury, Moore, Maynard, Daicos, the Browns and Kelly. |
So you'd trade Taylor Adams and keep Callum Brown?? Hmmmmmm _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Why do you think they're past their use by dates? _________________ The beatings will continue until moral improves. |

As the season is nearly over and I reviewed what has happened, I said to myself that I started the season expecting to win most games and ended the season hoping to win some games.
The reasons for our below expectation season are, in my view:
1- Injuries
2- Coaching decisions
3- Questionable selections.
4- Soft in the belly midfield
5- Lack of clearance capability
5- Dysfunctional forwards
Injuries stem from medical treatment and bad luck, hope 2021 is better
Some coaches must be let go and TOP GUN midfield coach found
Points 4-6 need to be addressed by recruitment.
The Beams situation must be finalized
Injury prone players need to be released (Scharenberg, Langdon, Reid)
Under performing players with a limited improvement factor due to age or talent must go. (Varcoe, Wills, Greenwood)
Those who have gone backwards this year and who have some currency should be traded and include
Sier
Stephenson
Phillips
Hoskin-Elliott
Cox
Fringe players to be reviewed to accommodate the yet to be released new list size
The positions I believe that must be recruited
Tall Full Forward
Gun Clearance Mid
Half Forward (25 + goals per year)
Replacement for Roughead/Magden
A new generation Scott Pendlebury (impossible I know, could be Mc Iness)
My 2021 Grand Final team would be
Maynard Moore Noble
Quaynor Roughead Howe
Grundy Pendles Adams
Treloar TBA Elliott
Sidebottom Mihocek Daicos
TBA De Goey TBA
McIness, T Brown, TBA, Kelly _________________ Sydney Pie |

SEN rumour file, make of it what u will, but fact is, Brown wants out of North, and us and the Lions are in the hunt for him. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Ben Brown kicked 188 goals over three seasons (2017-19). He played every game for North in that time (66 Games).
Form and injury saw him kick 8 goals from 9 games in 2020.
He turns 28 in November, so he still has a bit of time to find his previous form. But will he? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

As long as he is a free agent, and is given a performance based contract.
Only then should he be considered. |
