Pleeeaaassse! FFS, here is a guy who was dropped for poor form, went back to the VFL and played mostly ordinary football, was then brought back into the team when no-one else was available, but played very ordinary footy again, kicking one lousy point. If we want to win on monday, we needed to drop him, as we showed against the Lions, Cats and Dogs, that we are a much better team without Cloke. Whether it's his head, his back, his legs, or just wear and tear, he has all the hallmarks of a spent force. Get over it David. He's been dropped. It happens. |
LOL - finally some common sense. +1 ^

Has Cloke left the club? |
yes he has. |
I think his brain left him long ago, as with some people here

Cloke's game wasn't that bad.
Did Cloke leak 7 goals from the goal square? No.
Did Cloke repeatedly give the ball up to a player on a worse position? No.
Did Cloke lay 2 tackles or less for the game? no (he laid 4, and was equal 6th for marks).
The players below all laid 2 tackles or less. Even worse when you consider that apart from Cox (due to his height), you'd expect all of these players to have harassed their opponent even more considering Port had the ball on a string. When Buckley craps on about "work rate" maybe these guys need a kick in the arse, and he needs to start looking in the mirror:
Matthew Goodyear
Alan Toovey
Adam Oxley
Jesse White
Travis Varcoe
Ben Sinclair
Jeremy Howe
Brayden Maynard
Ben Reid
Jack Frost
Mason Cox
Brodie Grundy |
Let's address the ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.
What is his main job that he gets paid about 10 times the average annual wage for?
How many goals has he kicked in total out of 5 games played in the AFL this year?
BINGO!
Let's overlook the obvious and focus on conspiracy theories and all other b**lshit, shall we?

What about the backline that keeps leaking 100+ scores? They should all be dropped. Reid, Frost etc....all overpaid spuds.

Well watching channel 7 news.

A heated exchange between bux and trav behind closed doors.
A trade at the end of the year is what is sort.
Said Hawthorn would love to have him.
Another flag player bites the dust.
Bux is a genius.

Exactly - this has nothing to do with Travis' form or him being best 22.
It's purely personal and another failure from our coach to get the best out of his best players week in week out.

I suspect if for some reason Bucks was to be given the flick by seasons end... our boy Cloke would have a remarkable turn around of form under someone else - of course this is purely my own personal opinion.

Boo fking hoo Cloke!
Seriously, the guy has been shite for 18 months. Gets dropped twice. Has to protect his ego so he might as well crack the shites at the coach... Of course it's the coaches fault he can't get a kick.
He's a head case.
But let's blame Buckley.
