I see young Cameron of GWS just signed a new 5 year contract with the giants, so there goes the Scums big hope of getting him ! Cameron know only too well the Blooooz are a basket case, under an old fart, going nowhere, and the Giants will make Finals long before the Scum. yes, theScum, always looking for THE EASY OPTION, THE EASY WAY OUT, CADGING STARS FROM OTHER CLUBS, NEVER EVER, DOING THE HARD YARDS LIKE THE PIES ARE, AND REBUILIDING WITH YOUTH AND ENTHUSIASM. !! _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

PNC: Your post gave me goosebumps!
This 'song' is the greatest thing to ever come out of Carlton.
Apparently he won't go on SEN because they played it so many times over the years.

Many scribes suggest that a viable Carlton is essential for a thriving AFL competition. I disagree. We certainly need them in their but having them in dissaray both on an off field is much better... at least for another 10 years anyway, by which time we'll hopefully have passed them on the premiership's ladder. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

We've survived without a thriving Melbourne and Richmond for 30 years. We'll get by without a thriving Carlton. Welcome to the post golden-era era, Showponies. Menu is hubris and humble pie, served cold. |

It ain't the Scum we need to worry on the Premiership Ladder, the Hawks will over take everyone soon... _________________ WE WERE ROBBED, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MEEE!

^ How soon is soon, given that they'd have to win the next 4 years in a row just to square up on the leaders? What's the real Premiership Ladder anyway?

yep, and I hope and pray that when we meet these evil bluebellied bastards for the old mans record breaking game, where he breaks the great one and only jock mchales record, I just hope we annihilate the pricks, and give em one hell of a hiding. Ruin the old farts big day out, and smash the crap outa them, with dollar daisy doing his dodgy ankle again, yet again. we must win this game, no matter what else happens this season. |

I have actually had an even better thought on what they should do -
Just keep doing what you are doing Carlton, it will eventually work - just stick with the current plan and the glory years will return.
Now everyone please follow the same line - do not point out where they are failing, do not offer ideas for improvement and tell them that anything over 30,000 members is brilliant and they should just be happy with that.
Note to Eddie - Can you stump up a few plants to work at Carlton and undermine them even further from the inside?
Hmmm, maybe we are already doing that............ |

They've poached plenty of off-field successful people from us already in admin, recruitment etc. and then moved them on, which shows what a disfunctional organisation they are. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

A bit of a shock really - their supporters must be more intelligent that I thought…
