Excellent effort from Mitch Marsh - 5/33.
Picked, some time ago, on potential (as were S. Waugh, McGrath, Warne and Symonds). He's certainly delivering.

Strong win by the Aussies but the last wicket was definitely a farce and I actually felt sorry for Taylor that he missed out on a well-deserved century last night.
Anyway a great start to the World Cup for the Aussies.

and Why do you have to have a Shot at me about something that was discussed by the Callers 
When the last guy was given LBW that it makes it a Dead Ball and you can’t go out as a Run Out and that was the way it was given

Gabba. 1.30 (local).
This match is still possible. The tail of the cyclone (the low) is about to hit the Brisbane area. As the match is over 6 hours from start time, play is still possible (probably reduced overs) as there's clear air behind it.
