Yeah, I'm with you SB. I guess people are looking for that hidden gem running around in the seconds that can develop into something special that can make a significant difference to the senior side.
But that's not Sier. He has some ability but seems to lack pace and skills. IMO he is currently somewhere between our 20th and 30th best player with the potential to improve but can't ever see him being a top 10 player.
Hope I'm completely wrong and he goes onto great things.

He became a good player in the second half of 2018, and naturally most assumed he would continue to make good progress in subsequent years.
The fact that he's regressed and hasn't featured anywhere near the senior team makes supporters wonder what's going on with him.

I hope we get a dry game come Sunday. Sitting though North & Carlton, then Hawks & Swans is tough going.

This is not the week to return him to the fold; it must be against a team lower on the ladder in August, when we can ease him back into the rotations with minimal consequence if he is struggling with conditioning.
See what the maggot umpires can come up with this week to please themselves; should be another close contest either way. |
Ywh, i would have chosen Cox this week, over Cameron, no offence, there must be a reason he only played one meagre game for the swans in three yrs or so, plus Cox can kick a goal or two

FOR once i agree with you, im not sold on Cameron, not on one game in three years at the swans, hes no Roughead type pickup, i dont think, Roughie had a lot of games with the doggies

I just don't think he's motivated enough. Bit like Chris Egan and Shannon Cox. |
