It is everyone's right on Nick's to post when they want to or not to post if that's their choice.
We are all familiar with popular posters who go missing. Where's Joffa for instance? And we do miss you Joffa and hope your disappearance won't last for very long. Perhaps your computer has been stolen. 
For me I also wonder where you are Sheriffe. Did you get back safely from the last WTO demonstrations in London? We all have our disagreements, but without you we are the poorer. One less voice and fewer opinions.
Who are your favourite posters who have gone AWOL?
Can we entice a few back with this thread?

i think most of those named are still here under different names
i don't miss Sheriffe....had him on ignore so didn't know he was 'missing'
