well done Magpie_Dan.
I think we forget that if it werent for other teams....there would not be an AFL competition. Collingwood cannot play Collingwood. Other teams make a competition.
In the same respect...we will not get a footy match underway unless we are willing to talk to other forums. Whats the point of trying to talk to another Collingwood forum....half of us post on other collingwood sites anyway. We cant play on 2 teams. _________________ There's more to life than footy.........just not much more. |

Rules state that oppo supporters will get one or two yellows.
It's just a bit of fun.
As can be seen by "Grug"'s continued presence here, a ban is not automatic. |

I like the carding idea (of other clubs). For those who want all 16 sides to the story, go to BigFooty.
Waiteschicksbro, don't worry about people calling for cards. I think that on this occasion you can stay a bit longer.
I'm sure, as Draft day nears, we will get a few more numbers up. Depending on the date, I'm 50/50 for a game. Maybe we could try LSD to join in? |

it's not forum policy it's just part of the rules and mainly in fun, after all, it's a COLLINGWOOD FORUM _________________ Jacqui © Proud Pies 2003 and beyond

stonedpies, we're not calling for them to be yellow carded. The mods created the rules and it's just one of the rules, and, I believe, that rule was created in fun. People need to read it to understand it and see it's not serious. *points to the top of the screen, it's up there*
As someone else said... Grug is yellow carded, but hasn't been banned. Even Hal is yellow carded.
(but then again, perhaps i should just shut up and leave it to the mods to explain the rule they created so it's not seen that i'm backseat moderating _________________ Jacqui © Proud Pies 2003 and beyond |

Quote: | Collingwood cannot play Collingwood |
seems to have worked well a couple of times before
you guys who think this is bigfooty can Nick (get it!?) off to.... well, Bigfooty, this place is bought, paid for and run with nothing more than Collingwood passion, we owe other club supporters nothing and they should expect nothing from us, there is a place for everything, here is for Collingwood!.

this is a place for collingwood discussion...and for collingwood supporters yes....but if an outsider wants to come on and offer us a football match with nothing but good intentions...i do not see the point of causing trouble.
But thats only my 2 cents worth. _________________ There's more to life than footy.........just not much more. |

It's the rules, and has always been the rules. Sorry, but deal with it.
It is just for fun people. Don't be so serious. |
