Purely guess work at this stage but Adams will miss, while Howe is expected to be ok and Miochek is a likely return.
VFL had a good win against good opposition, so at least there are options to draw on. We should be in good shape.
Dees have been poor at locking the ball in their forward line, so if they don’t mark it, they’re vulnerable.
Bring it on.

RECENT HISTORY against these Toffs is darn good, 6 wins out of last 7 games, beat em by nearly five goals on QB day. Im quietly confident, at this stage, but it will be a real test, for sure.

We will go in underdogs. We match up ok against them historically, but I do worry about their midfield vs ours (especially without Adams).

In: Checkers, McRae (?)
Out: Adams, Cox

Carmichael stays in, Grundy another week in the twos. Not sure what to do with Bianco. Was questionable in 1Q on the weekend, but thought he worked his way into the game as it went on. He's not an in an under guy - I am worried about Adams missing - McRae seems to have been consistently in the best couple for the last month and prefer him over Cal Brown. Cant find room for Henry with Johnson showing plenty.

Promises to be our biggest game of the season so far. I previously thought the Dees were in free-fall, but the way they beat Freo over there shows they have re-set themselves for a big finals campaign.

Out: Adams, Cox, Bianco

In: Carmichael, Grundy, Mihocek

Inj sub: Bianco

Like Adams to play but feel he will miss the demons
So in place I’ll play mccree or McRae for Adams beau would be a great on baller
Stiff if Cox is left out think his game yesterday was ok.
I think though it’s time to bring Grundy in I guess in the VFL he did not want to strain himself apparently he still had a good game was I guess a warm up.
So out Adams
In McRae and Grundy also Michocek to come back in after the hip tightness
I think we can beat demons.
And sew up top 4 and be second after the round.
Big attendance tipped say a good 84k MCG

I don’t want Grundy this week, the week after OK but Cameron and Cox are better than Grundy and either Cox or Cameron.

Other than that, Carmichael in for the whole match and possibly Bianco to the Bench.

Mihocek in which goes without saying. Grundy v Swans would be better in my view.

My changes are:

Out: Adams (INJ). In: Carmichael.

Out: Howe (INJ/Managed). In: Mihocek.

Out: Cox. In: Grundy. (Cox Unlucky)

Out: Bianco. In: Henry. (Henry needs a full game, McCreery lucky)

Medi-Sub: Bianco.

Geez, that was hard to do.

Out: Adams
In: Mihocek

methinks might be all that happens

If Howe doesn't get up then perhaps Mighty Madge or as a longshot Will Kelly could get a call up as long as he doesn't get an injury brushing his teeth this week.

In my experience they like to keep changes to a minimum so close to the finals to have a settled team knowing each other’s roles. So I think Cam’s selection choice is likely going to be the only change.

Yes agree and I guess JDG will move more into the midfield. Carmichael is a good sub too unless you think he comes in for Bianco and maybe make Henry or Ruscoe the sub?
