I think the umps have pinched the idea off qantas,and they awarded about 15 free flights on mystery frees today all up.
Ant and Lokan both have set shots early and both muff them
fat lance marked at 40 after getting a pass from campo who got a mystery free but he missed too.
Both sides rack up 10 turnovers each in a forgettable segment of play Bucks goaled against the run of things,carlton have us chasing tail,but lucky for us they cant kick either.
Cole drops a sitter in their goal squre and the get a rushed behind after it fell off coles chest,then lonie kicked in to fevola who sent it back over lonies head.
Like the previous 6 weeks we have no one to kick to when ever we get the ball and when they get it they go straight and score.
in a final torment for a beleagured pie fan the boys handball criss cross 15 times in our fwd line,turn it over and the blues score on the siren.Pt thankfully.

Lucky to be even close to them really.

MCG is back from the sewing room and starts as he left off last week in and under every pack.he has a shot early that goes OOF.
then about 12 handballs later Taz has a shot that falls into the arms of a blue,they go down the middle and goal.
Bucks goes off for the night,redoes the hammy.
We shoot as usual from 55 and the ball lands in blue arms they rebound and kick points.

It looks to me as if we have backed them,they have backed us,and the umps had an each way punt.

a shocking display of footy.
Lokan drops one mark,then takes one and misses a set shot.
MCG is doing his best to keep us in it.

Burns and Bucks missing is hurting,but the way we are set up it wouldnt make any difference who was there.
Swan is doing ok,he and johnno are giving us some run,but like most times this year and a lot of times last year when we go fwd we are too slow and get picked off.

But to my chagrin,we set the fwd line up similarly to the last qtr against essendon and i think to myself has MM gone mad?
we are 20 up,they are rabble why would we not have a fwd set up properly so we can finish them off?
What transpired was the blues rebounded every time we went anywhere near fwd and slammed on 6 goals to our 1 and pulled our pants down.

our only real entires fwd were 3 passes to kinnear who led with 4 defenders hanging off him and the players still passed to him.
he had no hope of taking a mark.
each turnover landed on a blue tit 40 out and they didnt miss in the last qtr.

umpires plucked about 5 more mystery frees in ruck contests that really make me wonder why i watch football at all.
In fact this week is one of the few live collingwood games ive seen so far on foxfooty,i may go back to just listening to us on radio.
its very hard to watch a side structured as badly as we are each week.

We have the players..what we need is for a coach to use them properly.

MCG,swan,lonie,brodie,richards all had their moments and tried hard.

no josh,bucks,tarks,burns shouldnt mean no pies.

that hurt i tell you today.

I hope the sponsors dont jump ship,as usual ill stick fat.
