A good start to what is looking to be a very promising career for our pick 30 in last years draft, Brayden Maynard. He had to wait until round 14 to get his AFL shot & boy he relished it! He played 9 out of the possible 10 remaining games in the season and well & truly stamped himself inside Collingwood's best 22. A raking left boot from, Maynard has the attributes to be a real weapon off halfback for Collingwood. We've seen glimpses here & there but his toughness & courage are what stood out to me. For a kid who's only 18, the youngest player on our list, that's a good sign. All in all, a hard as nails kid who comes in with a great attitude and weapon of a left peg, he's already become one of my favourites and I'm sure of many others. Look out 2016.
