No moaning from Malthouse

Mick Malthouse again showed why he's such a great coach.
If we whinge about umpiring decisions, hitting the post, the 5 day break or other things, we won't improve. Mick knows that and that's the way he wants the players to think. That way we will improve.
Brisbane's still the best side but the gap is closing and we won't play them again at the Gabba this year. It might be a different story on our own turf, on the MCG.
Provided we have luck with injuries(poor Tarkyn) this could really be our year.

Mick M is whistling in harmony with the umpires. Umpires are not allowed to be criticised as they are such sensitive specimens of human beings.

I've heard of numerous sightings of umpires meeting up in chapel st., having a coffee while discussing celebrity gossip and hairstyles, before shopping til they drop at all the high class clothing and shoe shops...

not that there's anything wrong with that..
