I just called Bass in Adelaide and tickets for the Adelaide v Collingwood game (May 10th) go on sale on Wednesday 30th of April. So mark it down, everyone!

I'll be driving there, it only about an 11 hour drive.
I'll do the same thing as I did last year (mentioned above).

11 hours....you must have had some beer stops....

I too was surrounded by feral crows supporters and had the best day....I must say in the members pub after the match the adelaide people were very gracious in defeat....some even joining in our 52nd redinition of Good old Collingwood forever.....

For accomodation, also try http://www.wotif.com/Accommodation/

They have some different properties, although you can only book 14 days in advance. I've used them a couple of times and have stated at 5 star places for really cheap rates (and I don't have any money invested in them).

RW Clan used them to book our "cheap as chips" accom last year. saw us flog the pie pretenders, had great rooms and got to dine with Tony Shaw the next morning whilst devouring bacon, eggs, hash browns, and every blooody word written in every miserable SA paper.

that weekend (1st Qual) was as close to perfect as you can get. We'll be back for more last weekend in May 2003.

Mags, I can see you are from Ringwood, now perhaps that may well be 6 hours, if you dirve really fast.
Although m8, I live in NSW, so you see, it is around 11 hours going non stop to Adelaide.
