Ahh Footy... How good was tonight's game.

The best goal - when Walker passed on to Lokan who passed onto Woey and kicked truly... What a sight to see all the new boys combining.

Nathan - What can you say, the master is still playing at his best.

Williams, Woey - Both earn't their pay 10 times over.

and Collingwood on top of the ladder (well at least for tonight...)and Richmond on the bottom... ha ha ha

Only the best teams can have 5 stars out and win so well.

But I wouldn't rate it a particularly good game. Richmond is a 2-man team. One of those was out injured ... and the other one had a shocker.

First half was Woe-woe-woeful ... I don't know what Woey was thinking about, but I reckon Taj could have done a better job.

Someone must have put a rocket up him at half-time because he had a brilliant second half.

Walker?? Was that number 38? Yeah?

That guy is a real find. We're in a good position there. We lose Cloke and Presti ... and we've got someone like him just waiting for his chance. We'll see a lot more of him for sure.

I'm very relieved to get the points, to be quite honest. I tipped Richmond to win by plenty ... I gave us no hope at all without Cloke, Presti, Licuria, Fraser and Burns.

Good enough for now. We can't complain ... and we'll only get better.

And God, I hate the MCG without the Ponny. It looks like South Friggen Melbourne.

I think it was just good to have a win!!! We definatly didnt play as well as we could, but a wins a win! I think Tristen Walker played fantastic for his first game, and Willians and Loken played great as well, as did Bucks as usual Wink

Yep well said Alf and Rach. It was a good win thpugh anyways and i had a blast. Gr8 to get back for the real season, catch up with everyone over at Cricketers and best of all, my fave part of the footy, THE WINNERS CIRCLE Very Happy

i was pissed off when Lokan ran from the back line, through the centre and kicked from around 55m out only to have it touched in the square.
Woeowodin was sensational as was Williams. And Buckley well what can you say about him...he just keeps getting better and better.
I thought it was great when Woewodin kicked that goal how the whole team came around to him, shows that his trully black and white.
