Sorry its taken so long but appart from us giving a great effort to win (and should have, stupid umpires) the 2002 grand final it turned out to be a week to forget. It had it's up and downs.
It all started the Monday after we knew we'd made the Grand Final.
1st my parents made my week hell. They we're such pains in the...
I phoned a friend and asked if I could stay over because I needed to get away form this hell for awile. Turns out he was going to ask me to stay over so that we could easly go to see Collingwood stuff like grand final perade and training etc. By the Thrusday training day I ended up in hospital early in the morning because I woke up with my left shoulder total poped out. The blow up air bed I slept in ran out of air in the middle and i sank. The pain was the worst ever.
Anyway I went to the hospital and needed to be put to sleep it to get it put back in it was so bad.
I made such an huge effort to get to Collingwood training because I wasn't going to miss this for the world.
Turned up sling and all to training. It made a otherwise terrible day into a happy day because we were walking back to the car when one of us suddenly needed the toilet. So we walked back to Vic Park. Before we knew it we ended up waiting for getting standing room GF tickets. This was FANTASTIC. I knew I could fight the pain from standing next to people bumping my shoulder during the GF. For 99% of the time it was worth it. Then brisbane cheated and I felt sore and sick.

Anyway that's my story..
