One of the opposition coaches I like even though I hate who he is coaching. Quality player and one of my all time favourites who played for the Dawks in one of the most exciting decades for them.
On the afl.com.au website he states, “On what I’ve seen of Collingwood over the pre-season, they’ve definitely improved again – a grand final last year (September) and now another grand final (in March)”.
He believes the competition is going to be very even and I agree.

A good theme Culprit how do we feel about opposition coaches?
Here are some of my thoughts;
Sheedy- an average year will again see the knives out for him,which is a pity he has become a bomber icon, a champion coach.
Matthews- learnt his trade at vic park, but is it him or his team that should take credit for their back to backs?
Pagan - out of the frying pan into the fire!
Daniher - unsure, has done well but maybe should have done better
Bomber Thompson-will be a gun coach a great pick up by the catters
Frawley- rumored to be the subject of a new Andrew Lloyd webber musical ' Don't cry for me Richmond tigers'. A tragedy he ended up at punt road!
Ayres -Not bad, nuff said!
Your thoughts?? _________________ And on the 8th day, he created Collingwood. |

Oh I had a great chuckle on that one.
Bomber Thompson, is the quiet achiever and I believe he will be the one that replaces Sheedy.
Agree with the rest. |

Don't underestimate Lethal. Brisbane has just finished bottom of the ladder with pretty much the same team he has now. He moved Leppitch to full back, and made his team believe in its own ability.
However, now that he has moulded them, I think Brisbane would be as easy to coach as Hawthorn in 1988. |
