New Feature - Northern Army Website

[Northern Pie]

While my journalistic qualities hold absolutly no credability what so ever, I have undertaken a project this year to write a feature article each week covering aspects of our great game....this week Auskick get the Nth_Pie treatment.

As this is a new feature I would love to hear any or all comments regarding the article....if you wish to comment please feel free to do so, my hope is that is could spark some healthy debate on nicks...anyways atleast drop into the site and have abit of a read.....

I see your point Tessa, but in all the time that I played Aussie Rules as a kid I never really saw a malicious attack that resulted in injury....the odd scuffle, but nothing more than what you might find in a schoolyard or even in the house with yoru brother...what I am concerned about is how soft the players coming out of Auskick are, thus the charging rule and free kicks given for legitimate hip and shoulders and bumps....I th ikn taking this stuff out of the game has lessend it's appeal and I believe that is has come as a result of the players not being up to it not because of public pressure.
