Got the membership packs. They packed 2 instead of 3 caps. No big deal - am sure they'll sort it out.

Reckon the membership dept missed an opportunity.
Rather than "own the moment", the slogan for 2024 should have been "shout it out loud"

We have only received 1 pack out of the 3.
Not everyone in our group has received theirs yet.
Seems to be a lot slower this year, maybe too busy with the premiership memorabilia 
And they are still busy sorting out seats for Legends members.

I went in yesterday to fix up my membership after they changed my name and years of service, but kept my same number 🤪 The staff were very helpful but they didn’t have any stock of the missing items at AIA, so I imagine they’re getting it out as they get them in.
We got all our packs last week, but I paid about a week after the grand final. |

Our other 2 memberships just arrived
Lucky we get a msg to confirm the delivery - current delivery driver is like a ninja and don't hear them when they drop off parcels.

Membership has been dispatched so I should receive it any day now.
Only issue is my away seating situation is unresolved, so I assume I won't be receiving my member card in the pack.

Got ours yesterday.
All good. Minor issue with the wrong name put on the pencil case in my sons toddler membership, but I'm sure that will be fixed once the club reopens in Jan.

"If the child is 12 years or older, their name can’t be changed without their consent." So better to do it now!!
For adult Victorians,

Received my pack last Friday.
Everything I expected was there. The scarf, cap, lanyard, the social club medallion and the bumper stickers.
The plastic membership card will come in due course once the away seating situation is resolved in the new year.

i would like the members cap be made by Nike look cool as as a members cap and Nike made.
I like the scarf but i dont wear them at the footy as it just gets in the way.
But i do like to hang it out my car window when we win tho. |

Lost my Level 1 Away seat 
Allocations for Level 1 seating are now exhausted according to the club.
I’ve held this seat for a decade and attended about 90-95% of away games. Only Uni mid year exams ever stopped me in the past.
I’ve been shafted up to Level 4. Incredibly disappointed that my loyalty towards the club hasn’t been reciprocated.
I understand this wasn’t the club’s doing, but a lot of members who have been Level 1 seat holders recently but have only held the membership for about a decade or so are going to be disappointed.
