TV coverage for this week

Does anyone know if the final this week is being shown on telly in Brisbane??? There's a rumour going around at work that it is going to be shown but all the TV guides I've seen don't have it listed at all. Not even late at night. I guess the poor TV coverage for us Brisbaneites is already starting Sad

Why not come down and join the QLD Collingwood Supporters Club at the Brunswick Hotel - 569 Brunswick Street, New Farm....they have it liuve on the big screen on foxtel. Channel 10 here in Sydney are showing an Olivia netron bomb movie followed by a repeat of the 'BRADY BUNCH'
Who says AFL is popular here in Sydney.
I rang them this morning only to be told that the AFL have forbidden them to show it live as it is supposed to be shown LIVE to Fox subscribers....can any one verify this.

Channel 10 are not showing the game in ANY states. They are showing the same movies on 10 in Victoria, Xanadu and The Brady Bunch.

I guess that means Ch9 will be showing it, however I do not know if it is live in Sydney or Melbourne.

Here in the ACT we are getting zip.Zero. Zilch. Not direct. Not delayed. Not Fox.

I called a couple of Sports Clubs where they usually run the Fox Sports/Footy for patrons and its no go. Its not even scheduled.

Great, huh.

The AFL "Contact Us" feature on their Web site has been disabled. Big deal. They never reply anyway. Great communicators in that organisation.

Someone has to tell the TV stations they are playing with fire here. They stuffed the Rugby League world around no end a few years back. Now its our turn is it?

Well, they are going to learn some hard lessons themselves, these deaf, dumb and blind TV Barons. They thrive on advertising. I can think of a couple of three things that will muddy that for them.

Meanwhile, I guess I'll be in Scoreboard Chat. Those guys do a top job.
