Wizard Cup live on fox footy in NSW

Finally channel 9 in Sydney has bowed to public pressure and allowed fox to cover the game live on sat nite.
The Sydney Collingwood supporters Club will not have any official function but alot of members have inquired where most will be watching it.

Nth Sydney Hotel, Mosman Rowers Club are a few places showing it.

North Sydney Hotel gets my vote. (If it is really on)

AFL web site says yes and Fox guide says 11.30pm replay.

I rang Foxtel 5 times before Wednesday, and each time they told me it was not on live, but when I rang radio station 2ky 1017am, the Big Sports Breakfast on Wednesday morning, they were able to tell me straight away that it was on live. I then pleaded with Foxtel on Wednesday arvo, and finally someone found a footnote which said it was on LIVE, INCOMPETENCE OR WHAT!!! Must be scum supporters!!!

Its OK for you people that have got Fox footy channel,or beter still can afford it.
We people that dont have it,dont get to see the game,as neither Ch9 or Ch10 are showing either a replay or highlights.
According to the Fox magazine and also the customer service Fox footy channel ARENT showing it live.I rang them about 2:30pm along with Ch10 and Ch9 and all of them said,that it was going to all states except for Sydney,which I guess means NSW.
Will some one tell Ch9 that the cricket is no where near as important as the Wizard Cup and Ch10,well 'The Brady Bunch'?????

All supporters and guests of Collingwood football club are invited to attend the Preseason Grand Final at the
Sydney Aussie Rules Club at 28 Darlinghurst, Kings Cross from 6.30 on saturday night.
We have got a dedicated function room with a big screen set up to watch the game.
Please bring as many people as you like as they are not charging us for the room.

The game kicks off at 7.30 and it should be an event not to be missed.

A big advert in todays Telegraph stating that Fow Footy Channel are showing the game LIVE.
Naw Anthony I wouldnt moove back to Melbourne again.I wont get into any political 'BUM' fight,but I couldnt stand the weather.
Any way I look at it this way there is only 3 good things about Melbourne....the hightway in from the North,the highway out to the east and th Aussie Rules for 6 to 7 months of the year.
Any way when the mrs and myself move to rural NSW next month,we will be on satellite TV.
